Godwin’s Law has been rescinded by Godwin himself, as actual Nazis were called ‘very fine people’ by a certain orange conman. In its place we now have what I call “Godwin’s Second Law”:

In any political discussion, the first side to issue death threats loses the argument - but maybe not the fight.

For context: Dr. Blasey Ford, and her teenage children, were driven into hiding from such threats.
