Here’s what I have heard about the gunboy who attempted to assassinate Trump:

 

The lad was 20 years old.

He was bullied almost every day in school.

According to a high school classmate, he hung out with kids who wore Trump hats.

He wore khaki in school and on his death-day.

He did not give $15 to a leftie PAC; a 69-year-old with the same name did.

He was a registered Republican.

He got a scholarship in math and science and had just earned an associate degree.

He worked at a nursing home.

He was a son of social workers.

The $750 AR was his father’s.

In political terms, the gunfire came from within Trump’s faction. But I doubt that this was about politics. It seems to me that the shooter was a bullied emo incel gunboy, registered Republican, committing suicide by Secret Service. Welcome back to high school, folks, and behold the effects of an ill-regulated militia. It’s a national security problem.

Trump reflexively incited. He said “fight”, but whom? Bullied emo Republican gunboys?

Some have called Trump’s surviving his ear piercing divine providence, but if so then the Holy One sent a mixed message. The bullet didn’t kill Trump: that says one thing. The bullet drew blood: that says another thing. Is God letting Trump off this time, but with a warning?

          Trump’s immediate response was incitement. "Fight." But fight whom? Emo incel gunboys?

Note that I use the word ‘gunboy’, not ‘gunman’. I recommend it for all mass shooters of all ages. Deny their manhood.
