How Aplutism Won The Cold War

How Aplutism Won The Cold War

Aplutism is the theory that money does not exist. It says that money is at beset a useful fiction, but sometimes an illusion, or even a fraud. The trouble with the Internet economy is that information is unownable. Money doesn’t make sense in such a case; the Internet is aplutist!
This is an effect of the Cold War; for DARPANET was supposed to be resistant to thermonuclear assault. This mandated its open architecture; which in turn makes both censorship and ownership of Internet information impossible. The Web interprets censorship and ownership as damage and routes around them.
Intellect is not property. As all rivers flow down to the sea, so all data on the Web tends to become common property of all mankind, and cannot be monetized.
Information wants to be free; yet information also wants to be paid; therefore information is broke! And that is aplutism.
