On Trump’s Mugshot
He’s frowning, staring and scowling, but his head is bowed. His eyes are red and baggy. He’s threatening and defensive; he shows rage and fear. If a character in a comic book has a face like that, then he’s not a super-hero, he’s a super-villain. If a cat looks at you like that, then kitty is feral, hungry, angry, flea-bitten, and cornered.
Trump has a face that you wouldn’t want to see in a dark alley. On the other hand, Jack Smith has a face that Trump wouldn’t want to see in a well-lit courtroom. Which he will.
He’ll do his worst, let’s do our best
Then we, not he, shall pass the test
For we are right, and he’s a jerk
No plan of his will ever work
His cronies reek of sleaze and booze
His fans go bats, his lawyers lose.
